The selection process for trainees is rigorous but fair. The first part of the training is delivered at Coaching Mastery weekend intensives with the emphasis on practical workshop experiences which are supplemented with distance learning modules. The Academy is proud to have many of Australia's leading and most experienced life coaches as its tutors. As practicing coaches they bring current experience to the application of theoretical knowledge and skills training. The final graduation examination is
acknowledged as a hallmark qualification.
But training is only the start. The Life Coaching Academy ensures, through an ongoing relationship with coaches, that they are always kept up to date as the profession evolves. This contact is maintained through conference calls, special events with leading international coaches as featured speakers, the Academy's own newsletter and website and, as you might expect, access to their own life coaches.
