I was a Personal development, Health and Physical Education high school teacher for over a decade and have always had a passion for helping people help themselves. I now spend my life promoting positive school communities with programs for teachers, students and parents. I regularly speak at conferences, schools and community organisations about emotional Intelligence, Positive Psychology and Life Coaching. I gladly offer my services to you as your coach for either individual sessions, groups sessions or coporate presentations.
I love teaching, learning and sharing and believe a positive attitude combined with positive action can bring nothing but success and joy. I look forward to experiencing this with you.
