Lesley Sewell
My name is Lesley Sewell and I am a Life Coach accredited with the Australian Life Coaching Academy. I am also a qualified teacher working in the areas of Special Needs and Behaviour Management. In my work I am constantly confronted with challenging children and families in crisis. It is particularly satisfying to be able to say that one has made a difference in someone's life, and I am proud to be able to say that I have done this on many occasions.
Although I am qualified to coach you in whatever area you choose, my area of expertise is "Wholelife Coaching", where I assist you to look at your life holistically, and help you see how each area, from your health and physical fitness through your relationships to your work, has a profound effect on the other, and how one can only achieve total happiness on addressing all of these.
I feel I am at present probably the happiest I have been in my life, being fortunate enough to blend wisdom and peace of mind with good health and an active lifestyle.
