Taking her job very seriously; Annalise considers coaching to be a privileged responsibility and one which she approaches with great respect, empathy, and the ability to directly challenge all mixed with a healthy dose of humour!
Annalise is a personal, workplace and corporate coaching offering 1:1 coaching sessions and group training of The Coaching Clinic® a licensed programme which involves the delivery of a two-day seminar where leaders, executives, managers and HR professionals learn crucial coaching skills and competencies. Participants gain an in-depth understanding of the coaching process in order to motivate staff, improve communication and increase retention and productivity.
Like anything you need to make sure you are in the hands of a trained professional. Coaching is a relatively new industry with a voluntary regulatory system. The International Coaching Federation [ICF] is the largest of regulatory bodies. Annalise is one of only 33 ICF Associate Certified Coach’s in New Zealand.

Qualifications:
Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Certificate Level IV Life Coaching. Licensed Facilitator of the Coaching Clinic. Leadership and Executive Coaching and Career Coaching specialisation with the New Zealand School of Coaching.
