We have about 20 to 30 students per teleconference link up.

How does the mentoring process work?

We will provide you with a mentor who is a graduate from the Academy and is a practicing Life Coach. You contact your mentor and arrange your sessions with them they will be able to help and support you in all areas of the course. As you may know the primary role of the mentor is to assist, support, and challenge where needed. They will need to listen into at least 1 TRIAD call and the remainder of the calls can be coaching, being coached etc what ever works best for you . There is no extra cost to you for this.

long is the course and how many hours do I need to devote to it?

You have one year to complete the course most of our students complete in about 6 to nine months giving about 4 hrs a week to study

How soon can I realistically be coaching clients?

We at the academy do not advise students to start coaching until you have finished your coaching weekend, triads and teleclass, this should take about 8 to 12 weeks. We have a duty of care to you and your clients to ensure you have enough practical skills and knowledge before you start coaching, this is why we advise students to complete the above before commencing coaching.

How many people attend the residential weekend?

We generally like to keep numbers to approx 15 students as we find this number works best from several points 1. Better workshop dynamic 2. More one on one training for students at coaching weekend 3. Student support services cope well with these numbers after the workshop is finished any queries from students are dealt with swiftly and any support required can be provided comprehensively and with ease.
